We had a glass with Alun & Maxine to take a look at their beautiful new kitchen and chat about how they’re enjoying their new Kaelo. They were after a sleek, modern kitchen that was designed for socialising. And they got just that!

Breakfast Bar

Alongside their kitchen designers, they created a generous, sociable space with a 6-seater breakfast bar attached to the kitchen island where the Siemens Hob is located. This meant Maxine can be facing her guests while cooking, so she doesn’t miss out on any conversations.

Where Did They Integrated Kaelo?

They carefully placed the Kaelo next to the wine fridge, as it allows them to take the wine directly from the fridge and place it straight into the Kaelo. It also meant anyone on the breakfast bar could top up their glasses without having to move. And (most importantly) it’s in arms reach of the hob, so Maxine can easily top up her glass when she’s cooking.

When Did They First Come Across Kaelo? 

They first saw Kaelo displayed in the kitchen showroom and thought “we must have one of those”. They initially fell in love with Kaelo as it’s one of the newest kitchen innovations; now they use it every day and love the convenience and practical side of enjoying drinks at the perfect temperature with no ice, drips, or soggy labels!
